Guitar Hero 3 Replacement Disc

Ok, so I checked my mail today and I got an envelope from Activision containing my Guitar Hero 3 replacement disc request stuff. In the envelope was a disc mailer with postage, and a form for me to fill out and send back with the disc. Basic name, address, phone, email crap, but it says:

"When receipt of your origional disc is confirmed, a replacement disc will be mailed to you. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive a replacement disc. You can view the status of your disc replacement at activision.rebatestatus.com or by calling 888-788-4931."

I think that this is totally unacceptable. They advertize that the game will be released with Dolby Pro Logic II, and then they ship a disc with mono sound. Now I have to be without the game for 3-4 weeks because they messed up or keep the version with only mono sound? That doesn't seem right to me. Why not just send me the replacement disc, with a mailer, and if the origional disc is not shipped back, they they will charge my credit card. That makes more sense to me. I love the game, play probably every other day, but now I have to be without it for a month, that seems totally rediculious!
